12. A dialogue between two friends about the causes of failure in English/ the obstacles in the way to learning English.

Musfic: Good morning, Kamal. How are you.

Kamal: Good morning. I am fine. And you?

Musfic: I am also fine. Can you tell me why the students fail in English?

Kamal: The students want to pass the examination only. They do not want to learn it. Besides,

          we have no skilled and sufficient teachers.

Musfic:  How can we win the obstacles?

Kamal: The students should have determination. They should practice this language in different

situations. The govt. should supply enough materials and enough skilled teachers.

Musfic: Thank you very much.
