Dhaka Metro

Dhaka Metro, also known as the Dhaka Metro Rail, is a modern and efficient public transport system built to improve the transportation situation in the capital city of Bangladesh. Dhaka is one of the most densely populated cities in the world. Every day, millions of people move around the city for work, education, business, and other purposes. Due to the large number of vehicles and poor traffic management, traffic jams have become a major problem in Dhaka. To solve this issue, the government of Bangladesh took the initiative to build a metro rail system.

The first line of the Dhaka Metro is known as MRT Line-6. It officially started operation in December 2022, and currently runs from Uttara (Diabari) to Motijheel, passing through important areas like Pallabi, Mirpur, Farmgate, Shahbagh, and Dhaka University. The total length of the MRT Line-6 is about 21 kilometers. The trains are fully electric and run on elevated tracks above the ground, which helps avoid traffic on the roads below.

The metro rail has brought many benefits to the people of Dhaka. Firstly, it has significantly reduced travel time. What used to take more than an hour on the road can now be completed in just 20 to 30 minutes by metro. Secondly, it is environment-friendly. The electric trains produce no smoke or harmful gas, which helps reduce air pollution in the city. Thirdly, the metro stations are clean, modern, and safe. There are security guards, CCTV cameras, and ticket vending machines at every station.

Each metro train has multiple coaches and can carry hundreds of passengers at a time. The trains are fully air-conditioned and comfortable for all age groups. People from all walks of life, including students, office workers, and businessmen, are using the metro every day.

The government plans to build more metro lines in the coming years, including MRT Line-1, Line-5, and Line-2. When all the lines are completed, the Dhaka Metro network will be able to serve a large part of the city and change the future of public transport in Dhaka.

In conclusion, Dhaka Metro is a big step towards building a smart and modern city. It is a symbol of progress and hope for a better and faster future for the people of Dhaka.

He tried again and again but failed every time. At last, he became tired and gave up. While walking away, he muttered, “Those grapes are probably sour. 🍇 Long Story (250–300 words)

Once upon a time, in a forest, a hungry fox was roaming here and there in search of food. It was a hot summer day, and the fox had not eaten anything since morning. While wandering, he saw a garden full of grapevines. His eyes sparkled with joy when he noticed a bunch of juicy grapes hanging from a branch.

The fox licked his lips and said to himself, “What delicious grapes! I must have them.” He jumped high to catch the bunch but could not reach it. He tried again with all his strength but failed once more. The grapes were hanging too high. He tried several times, running back and leaping forward, but all in vain.
